Just Launched

The new Crescent Purchasing Consortium Cashless Payments Solutions Framework, contract managed by Dukefield Procurement, is the 2nd iteration of the framework, offering a one-stop-solution for all cashless payment requirements.

Cashless environments are becoming increasingly common, the decline of paying for items in cash has been further escalated by the Covid-19 pandemic. This has influenced all sectors including education, resulting in improved technologies in the market for education providers to access.

Cashless payment systems and software in schools, colleges and universities are essential for supporting effective cashless catering in the public sector from point of sale to nutritional reporting. Requirements are not just for catering but also other areas such as payments for school trips, uniforms, tuition fees, car parking and much more.

This framework has been developed to enable an efficient route to purchasing new technology for cashless payment systems through a one-stop-shop. This allows for organisations to procure all of their software and hardware requirements from a single source via direct award or through a further competition process, rather than having to run multiple tendering exercises.
