Essential Tender Support
Review of documentation suite plus fundamental advice and guidance to support the creation of the documentation. This service can be either fixed price or variable depending on the requirement. Our team will talk you through the options.
Tender Support Services
These services offer full competitive tender support whether that’s for a further competition or a tender exercise. A bespoke service can be provided following consultation with the client and the delivered service will be tailored to meet the client’s bespoke requirements. The price can be either fixed or variable depending on the client’s brief.
Managed Procurement Support Services
This involves the delivery of any aspect of procurement support, with the exact nature of the procurement service being determined following consultation with the client. Services can be scoped either in terms of defined tasks such as the drafting of a procurement strategy, and/or the supply of a procurement person to an organisation for a defined period of time. These services are generally priced in terms of hours/days of consultancy support, normally from half a day upwards. Prices can be variable or fixed and may be subject to a discount depending upon the nature of the enquiry.
These services can be utilised to bolster an internal team as interim procurement support.
Services can be available on-site or off-site, or a combination of both to suit the client.
